Sunday Morning Slow Glow provides an energizing yet mindful end to your week. This innovative flow builds core strength and mobility while moving to uplifting global rhythms.

This slow-flow class builds core strength, and balance, and uses innovative movement that enhances mobility. Some familiarity with a flow class is helpful. Props are used. A sparky, unique global funk playlist accompanies our movement.
Monday
Gentle Yoga & Meditation offers a peaceful end to your Monday. This nurturing class combines mindful movement with meditation, perfect for all levels. Experience the harmony of breath-linked movements while building strength and inner awareness.

In this mindful practice, each breath flows naturally with slow, intentional movements as you transition into postures, creating harmony between body and mind. This conscious approach builds resilience in your muscles, steadies your emotions, and brings clarity to your thoughts.
Tuesday
Start your morning with Mindful Movement, focusing on mobility and balance. End your day with our restorative Yin Yoga and Sound Healing session, where longer holds and healing vibrations help release tension and promote deep relaxation.

This class is designed to enhance awareness, mobility & balance through a “feel good” slow flow that incorporates breath awareness and meditation. Modifications are provided so everyBODY can benefit, whether brand new to yoga or seasoned practitioners who would like to take more time & dive deeper into the healing aspects of yoga.
Wednesday
Our Yin & Nidra Yoga session provides the perfect midweek reset. Immerse yourself in a multisensory experience combining aromatherapy, crystal healing, and gentle yin postures for complete mind-body restoration.
Yin & Nidra Yoga with Crystal
4:30 PM - 6:00 pm
Join Crystal for Yin & Zen every Wednesday at 4:30 for a mid-week reset. In this class, you'll be lovingly guided into deeply relaxing states for the body, mind, and spirit. This class will weave in energetic healing with aromatherapy, breathwork, meditation, crystal healing, and reiki/massage assistance. We will practice gentle yin postures and deep meditation. A true sanctuary to find your inner zen.
Yin Yoga enhances flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility while promoting better digestion, emotional balance, and stress relief, leading to a deep sense of relaxation and overall well-being. Through longer-held poses and mindful breathing, this gentle practice helps restore both body and mind, making it perfect for practitioners of all levels.

Begin with Mindful Movement to enhance awareness and mobility. Evening brings our unique Reiki Healing Yin, where energy healing combines with gentle postures to restore balance and promote overall well-being.

Yin Yoga and Sound Healing with Jasmine
6:00 PM - 7:00 pm
Yin yoga is a slow, soft and reflective style of yoga where the holds in each pose are longer to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. These longer holds help to increase circulation, flexibility, lubrication and range of motion. While passively holding postures, mostly seated and reclined, we learn to use the breath to help ease the body into deeper opening and relaxation. We encourage the use of the provided yoga props in this class to allow you to find assistance in creating more support and release while holding the poses.
Jasmine will provide sound during class and in Savasana (final rest) using different instruments to release vibrational healing properties that have been proven to help aid in softening the physical tension in the body so it can open and release any energetic blockages often stored deep within.
Friday
Yoga for Stressed Bodies offers the perfect lunch-hour retreat. This mindful practice helps release tension, connect with your body, and reset for the weekend through gentle movement and guided meditation.

Start your weekend with Conscious Movement, where we balance effort and ease. This slow flow practice helps you find your center while building strength and flexibility in a supportive environment.
Conscious Movement with Sally

In Conscious Movement we try to find a balance between effort and ease. We start slowly connecting to our breath and finding focus for our practice, gradually increasing our efforts with movement based poses. We encourage yogis to listen to and respect the needs and limitations of their body. This is a slow flow class suitable for everyone.
