Embodied Hatha Flow is a gentle and grounding yoga class that honors the body as a source of wisdom and healing. Rooted in the classical principles of Hatha Yoga—balancing opposites, cultivating steadiness and ease—this class weaves in somatic movement, breath awareness, and interoceptive practices to support nervous system regulation and embodied presence. All are welcome.

Saturday

Start your weekend with Conscious Movement, where we balance effort and ease. This slow flow practice helps you find your center while building strength and flexibility in a supportive environment.

Conscious Movement with Sally

In Conscious Movement we try to find a balance between effort and ease. We start slowly connecting to our breath and finding focus for our practice, gradually increasing our efforts with movement based poses. We encourage yogis to listen to and respect the needs and limitations of their body. This is a slow flow class suitable for everyone.
